On the Rocks, an acclaimed member of Small Luxury Hotels of the World, stands proudly 200 meters above the sea level and is literally carved into the rocks of Imerovigli, parts of which can still be seen in its interiors. This 4 star romantic hotel encapsulates the very essence of the island, with the Mediterranean blue and white colors and the natural igneous rock.

Culinary Experience

Right by the large swimming pool, overlooking the indigo Aegean Sea, there is a bar and a restaurant available exclusively for hotel guests. Vacationers may enjoy their favorite refreshments, exotic cocktails, delicious snacks and savory delicacies while they surrender to the soothing notes of relaxing music and the arresting views of the unparalleled scenic landscape of Santorini.

Restaurant is open from 12:00 am to 17:00 pm

Bar is open from 8:00 am to 19:00 pm
