Lemon colour. Expressive flowery aromas on the nose, along with green fruits, such as green apple and peer. On the palate it is dry, with crispy, refreshing acidity, in great balance with the delicate floral and fruity flavors. Just an elegant touch of oak, contributes to the overall balance. Long aftertaste.
Pairing harmoniously with seafood and meat.

Strong aroma and aftertaste of lemon, tobacco, peach, honey, orange, prebaked bread and wet stone. Santorini is a fine and lively wine with a moderate
body and sharp acidity.
An excellent choice to accompany with cheese, salads and appetizers.

Bright rose color, aromas of strawberry, apple and cherry. The relatively high acidity of Assyrtiko gives it a crisp freshness.

Variety: Merlot, Grenache, Agiorgitiko
Alcohol: 13%
An irresistible combination dominated by Merlot and complimented by Agiorgitiko and Grenache Rouge. Very soft rose colour in the style of Provence, explosive nose with plenty of red lemongrass fruit but also sweet hints like caramel.
An excellent choice to pair with local Greek dishes.
Red wines

Full bodied with fine tannins, complex aromas of red fruit, with hints of prune and leather. The mouth is well structured & balanced, it has a velvety palate and a long finish.

Variety: Syrah, Xinomavro, Merlot
Alcohol: 14,5% vol.
Pungent aromas of sweet cherry, candied plum and toasty vanillin oak in a
deep ruby with violet highlights wine. Full bodied and deep in dark fruit flavors,
with a peppery and strong oak spicy accents background.
An excellent choice to accompany with red meat and cheese.
